Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.evshoesmall.com.  As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know for a refund or exchange. The terms outlined here apply only to purchases made through our online shop. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at store locations. (Please refer to specific terms and conditions during promotion)

Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if you contact Customer Service within 7 days from purchase date.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, it will be refunded only on faulty items or items sent in error.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact. No refunds will be made on goods inspected and found to be worn, altered or damaged.

After the product is returned, we will email you to confirm the information for the refund. The refund will be credited to the customer in 1 month, subject to the administrative procedures of the bank that issued the credit card. Refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

Unused merchandise may be exchanged to another product of the same or lower price if you contact Customer Service within 7 days from purchase date.

If product is available for exchange, we will deliver the exchanged item to a customer's address by courier or other mean of delivery channel. The customer can return the original item to us or the courier at this time of delivery.

Any variance on the exchange item’s value will be refunded to the card used for the original purchase.

If the product is out-of-stock, you may return the product for a refund according to the normal return progress.

Once the order is confirmed, changes and cancellations are not accepted.
