Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if you contact Customer Service within 7 days from purchase date.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, it will be refunded only on faulty items or items sent in error.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact. No refunds will be made on goods inspected and found to be worn, altered or damaged.
After the product is returned, we will email you to confirm the information for the refund. The refund will be credited to the customer in 1 month, subject to the administrative procedures of the bank that issued the credit card.
